Environmental Impact
We are fully aware of our environmental footprint and are actively taking steps to minimise it. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have installed solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on our office premises.

Supported Charities
& Clubs
DCR proudly supports Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance, a crucial lifeline for those in our local communities during times of emergencies. Our charitable contributions reflect our dedication to the wellbeing of local people and organisations that rely on charitable support to operate.
In addition we support Newark Town and RHP Football Clubs with kit sponsorship and funding to help them grow and develop.
Waste Management
We understand the importance of responsible waste management. Our approach includes the responsible disposal and recycling of parts to minimise our environmental impact. By managing our waste efficiently, we contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.
Social Responsibility
DCR values our local community and economy. We actively support our community by sourcing from local suppliers and fostering strong partnerships. Our commitment to social responsibility extends to helping local businesses thrive, which in turn supports the growth and development of our region.
Apprenticeships
We take great pride in our dedication to apprenticeships. Since our establishment, we have successfully trained over 10 apprentices, providing them with valuable skills and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Currently, we have four apprentices undergoing training to become electricians and heating engineers through partnerships with Newark, Lincoln, and Basford colleges.
