In 2017 we removed an old inefficient commercial boiler, pipework and radiators for The Parkgate Academy in Ollerton. We replaced it with 4 Viessmann vitodens 200 boilers in cascade and fully re-piped the heating system. The old, damp plant room was fully stripped out. We dried it out and re-painted the walls and floors to give our new boilers a clean, dry environment to protect the equipment and also a healthy environment for maintenance. We have serviced these boilers every year since they were installed and they have delivered exceptional heat demand into the school with zero breakdowns for the last 5 years. We fully project managed the work from start to finish including all the building repairs.
