Air Source Heat Pump Breakdown, Fault Found & System Re-Designed

DCR first attended this property with our dedicated breakdown to a faulty Danfoss heat pump. The system was fitted incorrectly and the Danfoss unit was damaged beyond repair. Our design team provided a service to redesign the system with limited impact internally to the property. We have rectified the system and installed a new Warmflow AS03 along with replacement cylinder and controls. From initial call to completion all resolved within the week.
