This heat pump upgraded the original heat pump that was installed by the developers of the property.
It has provided our client with much needed reliability, correction of the initial design and improved operation. With these improvements it has allowed each room in the 5 story home to individually call the heat pump. This installation also required DCR to improvise with the hot water capacity and design and install new end user controls with remote energy monitoring.
